Usage:

After using the Discipline shampoo, apply a small amount to wet hair from lengths to ends. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water. Immediately after using the mask, apply a small amount of Discipline anti-frizz serum with argan oil and linseed oil to wet hair for dazzling shine and anti-frizz action.
